After doing more research, it's happening to any image uploaded, either through image field or attachments field.

I have tried disabling encryption as well as disabling preview images, and it still happens.

I looked in the file manager and the files appear to be there, but the website is showing them as missing and the url doesn't match the file names in the file manager.

Could you please add this as a payment module?

Add a drop-down to select which users can delete a signature.
Once a document is signed, we would like to prevent anyone from deleting the signature.
