I found the solution. In all browsers when attempting to use the vertical scroll bar the next attachment is selected. When looking at a larger jpeg attachment I am not able to scroll up to see the bottom half when viewing on a smaller screen such as a tablet or phone. On the computer screen in a window I can see the scroll bar but scrolling does not work. The next function covers it over.

I upgraded from 1.6 to 1.6.1 and from Extension 1.2 to 1.2.1. I download archive and rewrite all files. Is there something else I should do? Are there further directions? If a Rukovoditel user stores client identity information, credit card information or passwords or lawyer client confidential documents. If the web site was hacked that type of confidential information could be stolen. Would the hackers be able to read the data without our login password?
