I had followed the steps properly as you had mentioned. i had done upgrades of the software from earlier versions too. I will try to restore an old backup and redo the steps again. will let you know the outcomes.

hi Sergie, I have already done that following your instructions. I tried it again with a fresh download after restoring my previous backup. Is it possible to delete multiple tasks at the same time. there is an option to select multiple tasks together but no option to delete it.
