User Access Group is behaving abnormally and taking over Administrator Rights.
I have recently added on user access group and that group is taking over "Administrator Rights" without getting assigned. Also, all the other existing user access group has been repeating multiple time. The internal ID for it are considered 0. From the user side, there's not fix available....
